Many thanks for providing this excellent site. I have spent happy hours looking through it.
If you can, would you please let me know how far back the registers go?
My interest has been the attempt [so far unsuccessful] to connect my family [traced back to Bibury] with the Berkeley Phippses. My Grandfather was thought to have relations there. Additionally, some books which once belonged to the Jenners [one inscribed by Stephen Jenner in 1725] are now in our possession. In the end, maybe, I shall have to suppose Grandfather picked them up in a jumble sale.

found my great grandfather's baptism - very exciting. Unable to find any other info on family. Looking for Wiiliam Payne b1853 and married to Jane (King) Hawker b 1853, daughter of Priscilla King Hawker b1808 d1896. all known believed to have happened in thornbury

I am looking for any info on Thomas Chandler born Randwick,wife Rebecca. Thomas was a police sergeant listed in the 1856 directory at Berkeley.If any one comes across him on the 1861 census i would be grateful.

Excellent resource for those of us researching from afar (Australia).

An elusive birth that has escaped my cousin for many years has now been revealed. Also other anomilies in the SHIPTON / EVERETT / WEEKS family of Thornley and Falfield have been cleared up somewhat for us.
